This was a run-bike-run event set mainly around the World Cup MTB course with a little of the old black route thrown in to stretch things out a little. We arrived at Moelfre on the Friday night with enough time spare to walk the track and I found it to be very much the same as when I last rode here. This time though it had been made even better with some easier lines put behind the tape to make it more interesting and a berm put in place. There are six races in total, 1 every week on Thursdays. There is a 4th cat / go ride 30 min race followed by an hour (plus 2 laps) handicap race for E/1/2/3/4 riders. This time our Pace 405 medium and Trek Fuel EX9 15.5" got a run out in the April sunshine. The result? Two very happy bikes. The riders were pretty pleased too and came back to the shop, specced out their bikes and placed their orders.
